Over several weeks in May, we visited parks around the city to see what this summer has in store. 

In Flushing Meadows Corona Park, New Yorkers were attending long-awaited family barbecues in Queens, and athletes were skating and playing racquetball in Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx. Love was blossoming in Prospect Park in Brooklyn, and people were practicing tango on the Christopher Street Pier in Manhattan.
